Notice is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 124 of " The Counties Act. 1908." the, Manulcau County Council, at a Special Meeting held on the 20th day of June. 1919 resolved by way of Special Order as follows:— The Council hereby delegates to the Papatoetoe Town.
