AEROPLANE ACCIDENT.
FIVE OCCUPANTS KILLED.
LONDON. April 22. Three Royal Air Force ofiicers and two non-commissioned offlccia were killed when a Handle} -Page machine crashed to the •/round r.t Andover. The killed included the pilot. .Major Thomas Bat-chelor. The night was windless but moist, and the pilot lost his hearings and struik a telegraph pole and landed oil top of a shed ; containing dormitories. ! The machine burst into flames while i perched on the roof, where i". pinned down ! and roasted the victims. It was impossible 'to rescue the men. lie shed was partly ! destroyed, but the occupants were unhurt.
