The Washington correspondent of the New York Times states that the j United States and the allied Governinients have decided to lend £-1,000,000 j to 'he Inter-Allied Commission ,irl- ! ministering the trans-Siberian rail- ' way. It is believed that Britain, the. United States, and Japan will each furnish ill.ooo, and France and Italy each £500,000.
