In connection with the Anzac Day celebrations in London, at which the New Zealanders wero not represented, Sir James Allen cabled to the officer commanding the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces in the United Kingdom, and to-day he received the following reply: — " The War Office made arrangements for the Dominion's march on May 3, at which King George will be present. The Australians approached us at the last moment, asking me to join in the Amine march. In view of the official march on May 3, I did not consider it advisable to havo two marches. Senior officers concurred.'
