LEYS INSTITUTE.
The Auckland Savage Glob will open Die winter course at the I/oys Institute, Ponsonby, on Thursday, May 8, with a musical programme. Tho course for the season, published tp-day, comprises many interesting and entertaining items, —e lecturers will be Mr. C. H. Poolo, fiLP., Mr. J. W. Leys, Rev. W. G. Monckton, Monsignor Hackett, and Professcr Owen, M.A., DSc. There will bo a dramatio programme and a closing entertainment by the Auckland Vagabond Club.
