SHORT LIST OF CASES. A short sitting of the Police Court was held yesterday morning, Messrs. H. S. Brabant and J. H. Bradney ; J.P.'s, preI siding. I Thomas Burns, charged with drunkenI ness and with having illegally worn a miliary uniform, was fined 10s on the first charge, and convicted and discharged on the second. Ernest McKenzie, for having committed a breach of the conditions of 1 his probation,'was remanded to be dealt with by I the Supreme Court.
