It is proposed to build houses to let, to build homes for those desiring the purchase on the insl'a'ment system, to aFsist the people to erect homes for themselves in chosen districts, and also to finance the purchase of houses already occup : ed, to assume financial responsibility of the Star-BowkeJt societies, in order to allow members to anticipate the ballot, and to arrange for the conversion of life insurance i assete in order to devote them to house : purchasing propositions.
