GIRLS RUINED FOR LIFE.
After hearing a bigamy case at the Old Bftiley, London, the recorder said the number of bigamy charges was becoming appalling. It showed a groat amount of carelessness on the part of women, who picked up not only with English but Australian and New Zealand v soldiers, going through a form of marriage with them without making any inquiries as to their antecedents. The result was that any number of foolish young women found themselves ruined for life.
