WARSHIPS FOR DOMINION.
THE COST OF UPKEEP. PARIS, April 9. Mr. Walter Long, First Lord of the Admiralty, closely discussed the question of tho Dominion navies with Mr. Hughes (Australia). Mr. Massey (New Zealand), and Sir Robert Borden (Canada). Britain's offer of ships is being gradually crystallised into considerable programme?. All the Dominions appear nervous regarding the cost of the upkeep of the fleets.
