FATAL ACCIDENTS.
WATERSIDE WORKER KILLED. RUN OVER BY LORRY, [BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Thursday. A waterside worker named Ward was killed to-day by being run over by a motorlorry, from which ha had jumped the wrong way. MAN DIES FROM INJURIES. KNOCKED DOWN BY MOTOR-CAR [BT TELEQBAPH.— ASSOCIATION.! LEVIN. Thursday. Mr. Richard Frechtling, who was knocked down by a motor-car on Monday night, died this afternoon, without regaining consciousness. The driver of the car was a Maori, who did not stop after the accident, but was subsequently traced by the police.
