Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Council, held on April 4, 1919, the following Resolution was passed:—The Mount Eden Borough Council in pursuance of its powers under " Th© Municipal - Corporations Act, 1908,'" and Amendments, hereby' make by way of Special Order, the following ByLaw, and repeals Section 77 of the By-Law No. 1. The purport of the By-Law ib to make an annual charge for the- keeping of poultry within the Borougii. and to regulate the ! construction of fowlhouses and fowlruns.
