HAIRDRESSERS' HOURS.
An amended notice has been gazetted directing that on and after April 17. ail hairdressers' and 'tobacconists' fbops in the City of Wellington, which close for the statutory half-holiday on Friday, shall be closed in the evening of workingdays as follows:—On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 7 p.m.. on Thursday at 9 p.m., and ou Saturdays at 10 p.m.
