GERMANY'S SECRET ARMY.
DAILY ENLISTMENTS, MUNITIONS CONCEALED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. l.!X> a-m.) NEW YORK, April 19. The Paris correspondent of the New York World says that M. Brada, head of tho Czecho-Slovak Peace Mission, submitted a report to the French Minister for War saying that Germany was fast raising a secret army. Recruiting and drilling proceeds in small villages, with daily enlistments of more than 500. Artillery ammunition and army transport are concealed in £iaxony.
