GROWTH OF MOVEMENT.
LEAGUE NOT IN FAVOUR.

The Paris correspondent of the New York Sun says the movement towards Pan-Italian alliances, instead of a League of Nations is gaining strength. A meeting was held at which Latin and American delegates supported the project. Members of the Italian Parliament are reported to be strongly in favour of the plan.
