WELLINGTON, Saturday. Messrs. J. P. Luke, M.P., W. H. P. Barber, and J. Read, the last-named being the Labour candidate, were nominated at Wellington to-day for the Mayoralty. Mi. T. Shailer Weston has withdrawn from the contest. There are 41 candidates for 15 seats in the City Council.
