' NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER MAKING ; BY-LAW, i ' " > In, pursuance and exercise of the powers > conferred upou it m that behalf by the Road ' Boards Act, 1908, the Motor Regulation Act. 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, the l Huntly Road Board hereby makes a By-law, - the object and purport of which are as foll lows: — (a) To define and regulate heavy traffic on the roads of the Huntly Road District. 1 (b) To fix certain times during which heavy traffic must cease on the roads of the district. (c) To provide for the marking on all vehicles ( and machines the weight of such vehicle or machine. (d) To provide that certa'n traffic shall not [ be carried on unless the cost of reinstating the roads over which the traffic passes be first paid to '[he Board. (e) To prohibit the leaving of certain things ' on any road in the district. (f) To fix the width of tyre to be worn by every vehicle and machine according to the weight of such vehicle or machine, t together with the. load carried thereon.
