CRIMES OF THE ENEMY.
COMMISSION'S INDICTMENT.
PARIS, Mar. 20.
The Crimes Commission of the Peaco Council has presented an interim report. It deals with 31 crimes committed by enemy forces during tho war.
The commission points out that this list docs not exhaust the record of enemy crimes. It recommends tho appointment of a standing body for the purpose of collectin; and systematising further informstii'. with a view to the bringing of ace- • persons, however highly placed, befuu a tribunal. The commission is stron.!. of opinion that the tribunal should he established shortly.
