GERMANS WARNED TO LEAVE.
THREAT TO ROUMANIANS. A. and N.Z. PAWS, Mar. 31. It is reported that all Germans have been advised to leave Hungary owing to the antagonistic feeling towards them displayed by the mass of the people. It is reported that French troops between Hungary and Roumania were attacked by Hungarian forces, losing many prisoners. A Hungarian army is threatening the Roumanian frontier. Renter. PARIS. Mar. 31. It is announced that 300 French troops stationed in the neutral zone between Hungary and Roumania wero captured by the Hungarians.
