FATE OF the EX-TSAR.
PROOF OF DEATH REQUIRED, Router. NEW YORK. Mar. 16. Bernard Xaumburg, a New York lawyer, has approached the Supreme Court with a view of ascertaining whether the ex-Tsar is dead. Naurnburg holds % judgment against the ex-Tsar totalling over £20,000 for the delivery of sugar to Russia on the orders of the ex-Tsar before the latjter's downfall. The rx-Tsar had | £200,000 on deposit in the National I City Bank of New York, but the 'bank will nob pay the judgment I until death is proved.
