BURGLARS IN WELLINGTON.
TWO SHOPS ENTERED. HOSIERY AND TIES TAKEN. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Monday. It was discovered to-night ibat thieves had entered Hannah's Buildings, Larabton Quay, and had stolen 30 boxes of hosiery, valued at about £50. How the goods were taken away without detection is a mystery, for they "had to be brought down four floors. Another burglary occurred at a drapery establishment in Cuba Street, between closing time on Saturday and this morning. In this case the window was am ashed and a number of ties abstracted.
