A proclamation repeals the price-fixing regulation in regard to a number of commodities, including bread, infants' food, condensed milk, and tobacco. REPUDIATION OF THE I.W.W. LABOUR PARTY MANIFESTO. ADELAIDE, Mar. 14. The Labour Party, in a long manifesto, vigorously denounces the 1.W.W., stating that its methods are wholly at variance with Labour principles, and their declared methods are contrary to the methods endorsed by the Labour Party. Therefore tie party unhesitatingly repudiates I.W.W. and all similar propaganda, which strike at the fundamental principles of Labour.

The Mount Elliot mines are closing at the end of the month, the reason stated being that it is the result of petty strikes, Bolshevik tendencies, and of the employees reducing the output. Captain Carmichael has announced that he will form a new party, with the object of scrapping the old political machinery and restoring the truo spirit of democracy. WAR SAVINGS CERTIFICATES. MELBOURNE, Mar. 14. The Federal Government is launching a new war savings certificate campaign. The currency will be raised to five years, and interest to 5 per cent. NINE HOTELS CLOSED. ADELAIDE.
