SALE OF SUBMARINES.
PROCEEDS TO TNE ALLIES. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Mar. 13. Dr. T. J. McNamara stated that the Government was selling the German submarines. The money was intended for distribution to the Allies. The Supreme Council had not decided the fate of the other enemy warships.
