CONVICTION FOR SEDITION. CONFIRMING OF SENTENCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 11.25 p.m.) WASHINGTON. Mar. 13. The Supreme Court has sustained the conviction of Eugene Debs, four times Socialist candidate for_ the Presidency, on a charge of inciting sedition, and disloyal speeches. The sentence of 10 years' imprisonment was confirmed.
