PROMINENT BOAT-BUILDER.

Mr. Robert Logan, sen., of Devonport, " '. who for many years was intimately assb* : ciated with the local ship and boat-build-v. ing industry, died on Monday, at .lYs'fage of 83. Mr. Logan, who was a natK-« v of Scotland, arrived in the Dominion i-i ■', 1874, and shortly afterwards commence!; - yacht building at Devonport, where he had been engaged ever since.
