M. CLEMENCEAU'S HEALTH.
STEADY IMPROVEMENT. (Received 9.50 p.m.) uter. PARIS, Feb. 23. M. Clemenceau's condition continues to improve. A. and N.Z. WASHINGTON. Feb. 23. The State Department has sent a message to the French Government saying that the people of the United States were shocked and grieved to hear of the attempt on M. Clemcnccau's life.
