REFORM OF PUBLIC HOUSES.
A. and N.Z. LONDON. Feb. 13. Lord Leamington has introduced a Bill to assist in the transformation of public houses into real refreshment houses. Licenses for improved p'tblic houses will include permission for dancing and musical and other entertainments on the premises.
