Tho Manuka is to mako another trip from Sydney to Auckland. She is timed to sail from hero for Sydney on March 13. Tho Mokoia> which left Vancouver on February 3, ia due at Suva to-day. She will probably reach Auckland,on March 1. The Kowhia left Wellington at midnight on Saturday for Auckland., She ib due here to-day and after discharging her genaral cargo will return to Wellington. The Kaituna arrived from West port yesterday morning and berthed at the Hobson Wharf to discharge her cargo of coal. Tho Union Company's barquentmo lima completed loading nor cargo of timber yesterday and was towed to an anchorage in the stream preparatory to Bailing for Sydney The Australian schooner Cathkit arrived from Newcastle early yesterday and anchored, down the harbour to undergo her ouarantipo period. Sho will probably berth at tho Sing's Wharf -to-day to dischargo her cargo of Australian timber. The Molanesian Mission steamer Southern Cross is to bo brought alongside tho Central wharf to-day to be, rooommissionod for nor official trip to the islands.
THE VANCOUVER MAIL STEAMERS. The Royal Mail steamers. Makura and Niagara, which left Auckland, for Vancouver on January 29 and 31 respectively, left Vancouver for Auckland last week, within two day 3 of one another. The, Mttkura is due hero on March 9 and tlio Niagara on Maroh 10. The deparluro of the Makura from Auckland for Vancouver has been fiiod for March 17, consequently she will not go to Sydney from Auckland, but will stay hero until she leaves for Vancouver. Her through passengers will be taken to Sydney by another steamer.
