FEAR OF DISTURBANCES. > i Received 1.30 a.m.) R«utcr. COPENHAGEN. Dec. 23. A Vienna despatch reports that the Austrian Government, in order to avoid fresh disturbances, has asked the Allies to occupy Vienna, and to -send Frenh, British, and American troops.
