BUILDING OF LEVIATHANS.
POWER TO CARRY 200 TONS.
ROUND THE WORLD TOURS. (Received 10.30 D.m 1 Times. LONDON, Dec. 22. A commercial airship has been planned, to be 1200 ft in length, with a range of 20,000 miles, designed to cruise for 16 days without descending. Its maximum speed will be 95 miles an hour. It will carry 200 tons, inclusive of passengers and goods, and will fly comfortably, in absolute safety, at an altitude of 1000 ft. Round the world trips are assured. Another is being built, 700 ft long, with a range of 9400 miles, a speed of 71 miles an hour, and a capacity of 50 tons.
