WHEAT IN COMMONWEALTH.
ESTIMATED SURPLUS.

It is estimated that at the end of next month the Australian wheat surplus will total 95,266,000 bushels, to which the exportable surplus of 70,000,000 bushels may be added, making a total equivalent to 4,427,000 tons. TMb will require 900 vessels -of 5000 tons each to remove.
AERIAL SCHEME MOOTED.
LONDON TO SYDNEY.
(Reed. 10.80 p.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 19. A Sydney business man, Mr. Reginald Lloyd, recently wrote to Mr. Handley-Page, the ' British aeroplane 1 manufacturer, detailing an aerial project to cover tho distance from Sydney to London in 150 flying hours. Mr. HandleyPage has cabled in reply that the scheme is quite practicable.
PROPOSED CRICKETING TOUR. (E«od. 10.80 p.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 19. The Cricket Association has received a cablegram from, the Marylebone C.C. suggesting that a team composed of Australians who served in the war should tour England next season.
