GERMAN RULERS ABDICATE
REPUBLIC PROCLAIMED. Heater. COPENHAGEN'. Nov. 17.
| The. Grand Duke Bernhard IT. of SaxeiMuiningen has abdicated, and a republic I has been proclaimed. The new republic has an area of 945 square milos and a population of 278,792.
Prince Frederick of Waldeck has abdicated. Waldeck is a minor German principality, with an area of 438 square miles, and a population of 61,707.
Prince Adolphus, of Schaumbnrg-Lippe, a principality, with an area of 130 square miles and a population, of 46,626, has also abdicated.
