PARCELS FOR PRISONERS.
NOT ACCEPTED BY POST OFFICE. [BY telegraph.—press ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Monday The Defence ! Department notifies' that quarterly parcels for prisoners of war, which were sent under the coupon system, will not now be accepted by post offices, as the Government considers that all prisoners of war, under the terms of the armistice, will shortly be repatriated, and no good purpose can be served in sending such parcels now. .
