ADMISSION OF GERMANY. OPINION IN AMERICA. Australian and N-Z- Cable Association. (Rod. 6.6 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 16. Speaking in the Senate, Mr. Thomas J. Walsh (Montana), during a debate on the proposed Peace League, said that certain British people favoured the inclusion of Germany. Mr. B- Penrose (Pennsylvania), said he considered the idea of a League of Nations was nebulous. If Germany were not admitted, however, the Allies must perpetually maintain their military establishments at "a strength sufficient to overawe her.
