Lewis Leslie Johnston (Mr. Singer), petitioned for a divorce from hi« wife, Bertha Johnston, on the ground of her alleged misconduct with Ernest S. Chatfield. Petitioner said he ivm married m 1905, and that there were three children. He was introduced to co-respondent five years' ago. After a time witness noticed that Chatfleld and respondent were out together ,at night, and ha forbade Chat--1 field to enter the house.
