DUTCH IMPOSE TERMS.
Australian and N-Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 13. The' Daily Chronicle reports that ths ex-Kaiser declares that his journey to Holland was not flight, but that he left Germany to facilitate the new Government's work. The Kaiserin and the Crown Prince did not accompany him. An Amsterdam message slates that the Dutch Government is allowing the exKaiser to remain in Holland on terms similar to those of the internment oi high officers. The ox-Kaiscr has given his parole and remains at Amerlingem Castle until further notice. He is now using the name of "Count Hohenzollern." '
