POUR-PARLERS FORBIDDEN.

A. and Renter. LONDON, Nov. 18A French official wireless message in. forms Germany that the only permissible negotiations between the armies are those dealing with timed mines and other hurtful contrivances. A permanent international armistice committee will shortly meet at Spa. It will deal with all other questions regarding which the allied armies are forbidden to engage in pourparlers.
A German official -"Creless message states that Hindenburg sent a message to the German armies announcing that he remains in command with a view to leading the trope home in order and discipline. He expects the officers and men to continue to do their duty. ,
