A hundred thousand prisoners of war in Germany have escaped, and are approaching the western frontiers. Australian and N.Z. and Router* (Reed. 10.6 p.m.) LONDON, Not. 13. A German official wireless message states that the provisional/ Government's executive committee has decided that prisoners of war shall remain in their places of employment, will be obliged to work as heretofore, and will receive the same wages as free German workers. It is presumed these are temporary measures pending the repatriation of the prisoners. *
