COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING

WELLINGTON, Thursday. A caucus meeting of the Reform Party was held to-day. Mr. Massey states that the party arrived at a complete understanding on various matters, and was unanimous on all important points of proposed legislation. The party was wholly in favour of New Zealand's representation at the peace conference. It was agreed that details should be left' to the two party leaders.
