TALISMAN. The following cablegram has been sent to the London office of the Talisman Consolidated Company:—No. IB Level: Rise— Progroas, 37ft; width of rocf, 27in; value, £8 per ton. MINE MANAGER'S REPORT. Rising Sun: Sloping in No. 3 block on No. 1 reef hag been continued during the week, tho average width of the reef boms lift. The or© broken contain fair values. The reef in the eastern crosscut has been broken out in the south end for 6ft, its avera°o value being 24a per ton. It is ft bunt 2|"ft wide. This net in future will bo known as No. 3. The amount of ore broken lrom this lode and from No. 3 block was about 25 tons.
