CALL TO THE GERMAN FLEET
RESISTANCE TO ARMISTICE.
BATTLESHIP'S MESSAGE.
Australian and N-Z- Cable Association. (Seed. W0 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 12. The Admiralty reports having intercepted a German naval wireless message issued through the medium of the warship Strasburg to all German warships, destroyers, and submarines in the North Sea and Baltic. The message quotes the armistice terms, and addsA blockade has been instituted ill defiance of international law against the German people. If it continues it would involve our destrucGon. It calls on the flecft to defend the country and not to hear of such presumption. It also reports that strong English forces •re off Skaw, and orders the submarines in the Baltio to assemble in Safnitz Harbour.
