FRANCE SUSPICIOUS OF KAISER'S ABDICATION.
REACTIONARY PLOTS HATCHED IN HOLLAND FEARED. Australian and N-Z. Cable Association. PARIS, Nor. 12. Paris has raised the point as to whether the Kaiser's abdication is beyond doubt. There is no authoritative publication yet of his abdication letter. Paris insists that Hindenburg and many generals accompanied the Kaiser to Holland. They may be a centre of reaction. Important questions are being asked the Dutch Government by the Allies. NEW YORK, Not. 12. The newspapers demand the punishment of the Kaiser, the New York Sun pointing out that he was already under indictment by a London coroner's verdict for murder of air raid victims. Mr. J. W. Gerard, ex-Ambassador to Berlin, in a speech said: " William Hohenzollern is a private citizen, and must be extradited to England. He has committed crime against England in sinking the Lusitania, and must stand his trial before an English jury." R ® ut ' er - NEW YORK, Not. 11. A Berlin message states that Hindenburg has placed himself and' the German army at the disposal of the new People's Government.
