SUGGESTED EVACUATION CONSERVATIVE OPPOSITION. . AMSTERDAM, Oct. 16. A manifesto issued by the German Conservative Party denounces the suggested evacuation of France and Belgium, ,and adds that Germany will be defended' to the bitter end.
