THE SEAMEN'S BOYCOTT.
EXTENSION FOR A YEAR, THE LEINSTER OUTRAGE. Australian and N.2. Cable Association. (Reed. 10 p.m.) LONDON. Oct 15./ A mass meeting of Liverpool seamen to-day demanded full German reparation for the Leinster outrage, and the overthrow of the Kaiser and militarism. It decided to extend the boycott to Germany for another year until this is secured.
