ROADS AND RAILWAYS AT BOTH TOWNS USELESS. ENEMY LINE FROM SCARPE TO OISE AFFECTED. Australian r.nd N.Z. (Received 7.45 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 801 The fall of St. Quentin and Cambrai is regarded as imminent. Already both towns are useless to the enemy from the viewpoint of road and railway communications. It is doubtful if anything can be got in or out of St. Quenti|gf||w fall of both glares will mean a complete readjustment of th^ElSii: enemy line between the Scarpe and the Oise.
