The range of prices is:—Apples, choice dessert 12s to 12s 6d a case, prime 10s to lis; cookers, choice large 9s to 10s a case, prime fis <>d to 7s 6d; pears, choice dessert 6s 6d to 7s a half case, prime 4s 6d to 6s; lemons, New Zealand choice 10s to lis a. case; tomatoes, choice hothouse, lOd to Is lb; potatoes, market stronger, Jls 6d to 12s owt; new potatoes, small supplies are arriving and selling up to 4d lb; onionß, in fair supply, Melbourne 24s to 24s 6d. Califoraian 80s to 30b 6d cwt; cauliflowers, choice, 13s to 16s a sack; cabbages, choice, 7s to 8s a sack; rhubarb, 8s to 14s a dozen bundles; Lettuce, choice, 7s to 3s a case; eggs, fresh, in good supply, at Is 4d to Is Ed.
