Mr. Mullet, Government Printer, in Australia, interviewed Sir George Foster, Minister for Commerce, in reference to the export of Canadian paper to Australia presently.. The Canadian Government is considering the imposition of restrictions on newspapers, with the object of conserving supplies of paper.
