GEEYiIOUTH, Sunday. Details of the coal miners' bal : ot noon the question as to whether the offer of the Coal Mine Owners' Association of an increase of 7J per cent, to pieceworkers and 10 per cent, to wages men should be accepted show that 1724 votes were cast in favour of the proposal, and 862 against it.
