CONTINUANCE USELESS.
PEACE BEFORE THE WINTER. (BeoeiTed 1.30 a.m.) Reuter. AMSTERDAM, Sept. 8.
The Turkish Grand Vizier, Talaat Pasha, interviewed by an Austrian paper, said that nothing more could be got from the war. Its continuance was manifestly useless. Peace would come before winter.
