FREE TRADE FAVOURED. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. C. The Trade Union Congress reaffirmed its policy in favour of free trade by 2,214,000 votes to 591,000. The voting on a motion to form a new party resulted in £57,000 for the proposal and" 3,715,000 against it.
