ONEHUNGA DIVORCE CASE.
BST? DECREE NISI GRANTED. The action for divorce, bought by Ada L. McLeod (Mr. Hall Skelton), against her husband, Alexander McLeod, ex-police- j man, of Onehunga, on the grounds of | misconduct, which was adjourned on I Saturday for the identification of respon- j dent's handwriting, was continued before' Mr. Justice Cooper, at the Supreme Court yesterday. I Sergeant Rogers, of Onehunga, _ produced a specimen of respondent's writing, obtained from the police records, which the Judge held proved that respondent had written the letters (produced) to the woman mentioned in the case. A decree nisi was granted.
